Otter Mobile Caravan Services are now taking service and repair bookings following the Governments latest advice. We have in place a risk assessment and procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and ourselves. We will be following both the Governments and our industry guidelines. This will include social distancing and santising keys and surfaces etc. Paperwork including service documents and invoices will be emailed. Prefered method of payments is by bank transfer, credit or debit card.
We are expecting to be busy as the lockdown restrictions are eased so please book early to avoid disapointment. We will be extending our operating hours to cover as many people as possible.
